Ministry of Music
Sing. Play. Worship.
At St. Andrew’s, music is more than sound — it’s the language of worship.
When we sing, we don’t perform for an audience; we join the song that heaven has already begun. Every note we offer is an act of praise, every voice a prayer lifted together in harmony with the saints.
A Place for Every Musician
Whether you’ve sung in choirs for years or are simply curious to try, there’s a place for you in our music ministry. Our programs include:
Senior Choir – leading worship through weekly anthems, open to all voice types and all skill levels.
Youth Choir & Orchestra – an exciting space for young musicians to grow in skill, faith, and friendship.
Instrumental Ensembles & Guest Musicians – opportunities for soloists, small groups, and community players to share their gifts in worship.
You don’t have to be a professional musician — just someone who loves music and wants to be part of something joyful and meaningful.
Why We Sing
We believe that singing is one of the purest ways to give thanks to God. When we blend our voices, we learn to listen to one another, to breathe together, and to experience the beauty of community in Christ. Our ministry isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence. It’s about offering what we have and trusting God to make it beautiful.
Rehearsals and Worship
The Senior Choir rehearses on Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. and gathers for fellowship at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings before worship.
Our Youth Choir and Orchestra meet regularly for rehearsals and special performances throughout the year, including Advent, Easter, and community events.
