The report is provided as a PDF file.

• Many web browsers already include a PDF reader

• If needed, Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free

Once the file opens, you can:

• Read it on your screen

• Enlarge the text for easier reading

• Click on any Table of Contents item to go to the page indicated

• Click on the page number at the top of the page to go back to the Table of Contents

• Print a copy if you prefer paper
