Members of Scouts Canada hold special activities on or around February 22 to promote their movements and celebrate the birthdays of Scouting founder Robert Baden-Powell and his wife, Chief Guide Olave Baden-Powell. The 2nd Markham Scouts will join the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church congregation for a service on Sunday, February 21, starting at 10:30am.
