The 2027 Nature Calendar is Coming!

Share your best photographs!

We’re now collecting photos for the 2027 St. Andrew’s Nature Calendar. Whether it’s a breathtaking landscape, a beautiful flower, a quiet woodland trail, a striking sunset, or a memorable winter scene, we’d love to see the beauty of God’s creation through your lens.

How to participate

* Submit up to five of your favourite photographs.

* Landscape (horizontal) photos work best.

* Winter scenes are especially welcome this year.

Proceeds from calendar sales will support outreach in Pikangikum and new music initiatives at St. Andrew’s.

The inspiration for our unique Nature is the Art of God Calendar, came from the many wonderful and exceptional images contributed by our church family last year. It became a stunning showcase for our understanding that Nature is God’s living visible garment!

The E&O Committee believes that we have just scratched the surface. The photographic talents of so many of you, combined with the joy of fellowship we see as we work together on outreach and fund-raising initiatives, means we must start thinking about a new wall Nature Calendar for 2027. 

Please take the next several weeks to search your photo albums, or take new photographs, showing that moment in time when you personally, or a member of your family, captured the beauty of God’s creation. We ask that you send us up to 5 photographs which you would like to share, to our special email address art@standrewsmarkham.ca

For a wall calendar, photos in the landscape orientation are preferred. For 2027, we plan to reserve at least 2 openings for winter scenes. 

Net proceeds will be shared with Pikangikum and with the new music endeavors which St. Andrew’s is supporting in our local community.
